1. Agreement

By using our websites, buying an offer, or messaging us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What we provide

We provide digital products, setup services, and messaging automation for business use. Content is provided for information and business assistance; it is not legal, financial or professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use our services to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer our systems.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you connect (including Meta's Platform Terms) and with applicable marketing and privacy law.

4. Purchases and refunds

Digital products and setup services are sold as described on the relevant page. Where a page states a refund window (for example 14 days on self-serve digital products), that window applies. 5. Third-party tools

Our offers may reference or configure third-party software. Those tools are governed by their own terms and licences, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or behaviour.

6. No warranty

The services are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, particular results, or that automated messages will be delivered by any platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the update.
