Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Email brendan@tryviewsai.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address, phone number, or the Facebook / Instagram username you contacted us with, so we can find the right records.
2. Alternatively, reply "DELETE" to our Facebook Page or Instagram thread and we will action it from that conversation.

What we delete

• Your contact record (name, email, phone, company, notes).
• Metro-scoped identifiers and conversation/comment records we stored (message content, platform-scoped user ID, timestamps).
• Newsletter subscription and engagement history.
• Any cached copies in our internal tools and backups (removed on the normal backup rotation).

How long it takes

We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backup copies are purged on the standard rotation, no later than 90 days.

What we cannot delete

We cannot delete data held by Meta itself (for example your Facebook or Instagram profile, or the original message in your inbox). To remove or manage that data, use Meta's own settings: Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information, or Instagram → Settings → Account Centre.
