1. Who we are

O'Brien HQ / ViewsAI ("we", "us") is operated by Brendan O'Brien. We provide AI recruiting, GTM automation and messaging automation services. For any privacy question or request, email brendan@tryviewsai.com.

2. What we collect

Messages and comments you send to our Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number: the content of the message or comment, the platform-scoped user ID, the display name the platform shares, and timestamps.
Contact details you give us directly (name, email address, phone number, company) when you fill in a form, request a resource or book a call.
Website analytics: aggregated, non-advertising usage data about how our pages are used.
Email engagement: whether a newsletter we sent was delivered, opened or clicked.

We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or special-category data through these channels.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your message, comment or enquiry, and to send resources you requested.
To provide and improve our services, and to keep records of our communications.
To send the newsletter you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time from any email).
To meet legal, tax and platform obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") that act on our instructions:

Meta Platforms — Facebook Pages, Instagram and WhatsApp messaging (the platform you contacted us on).
Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
Supabase — encrypted database storage for lead and contact records.
Twenty — customer relationship management records.
PostHog — product and website analytics (self-hosted or EU/US cloud region).
Listmonk — newsletter delivery and engagement tracking.
Zapmail / Microsoft 365 — business email delivery.

We share data with these providers only as needed to run the service, and we do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Contact and conversation records are kept while we have an active relationship with you and for up to 24 months afterwards for legitimate business record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete them sooner (see Data deletion). Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Email brendan@tryviewsai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored on access-controlled infrastructure, and credentials are held in encrypted secret stores. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep access limited to what is necessary.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it.
